The Leander Lions baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Marble Falls Mustangs to 3 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions (11-4) will now prepare for their match against Georgetown (Georgetown, TX). The Eagles go into the 5A Region IV District 25 match with a 12-1 record. In their last match, Georgetown edged East View (Georgetown, TX), 13-1, in a league match.
The Mustangs (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Leander (Leander, TX). The Lions go into the 5A Region IV District 25 match with a 11-4 record.
