North Carolina High School Baseball - River Mill loses to Southern Wake Academy

The Southern Wake Academy Lions crushed the host River Mill Jaguars baseball team by a tally of 23-2 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Lions now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clover Garden School for a Central Tar Heel 1A bout on Friday, March 25. Southern Wake Academy will face a Grizzlies team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-1.

Next, the Jaguars face the Triangle Math & Science Tigers (Cary, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A bout, on Friday, March 25. River Mill will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 17-0 league loss to Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC).
