In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Chapin Eagles soccer squad scored a close 8-1 triumph over the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes.
The Eagles (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Camden (Camden, SC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Camden nudged Lake City (Lake City, SC), 12-0, in a league battle.
The Silver Foxes (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against River Bluff (Lexington, SC). The Gators come into the AAAAA Region 5 battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, River Bluff Lexington (Lexington, SC), 1-1, in a league battle.
