The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) and the host Foard Tigers (Newton, NC), saw East Lincoln's soccer squad get by Foard by a margin of 1-0.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Iredell for a Western Foothills 3A test on Tuesday, March 29. East Lincoln will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Foard drops to 5-1 on the season. The Tigers host North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to encounter the Knights in a Western Foothills 3A test on Friday, March 25. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-4. North Lincoln lost 3-0 in their recent league test against St. Stephens (Hickory, NC)
