The Tolleson Wolverines baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Valley Vista Monsoon to 4 in the Wolverines league victory on Tuesday.
The Wolverines (6-0) will now prepare for their match against Glendale Prep Academy (Glendale, AZ). The Griffins go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Glendale Prep Academy was overwhelmed by St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ), 16-6, in a non-league match.
The Monsoon (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Tolleson (Tolleson, AZ). The Wolverines go into the match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Tolleson gained a win over Glendale Prep Academy (Glendale, AZ), 20-1, in a non-league match.
