The Hoggard Vikings walloped the visiting North Brunswick Scorpions lacrosse team by a final score of 19-0 in Tuesday's league match.
With the win, Hoggard betters its record to 5-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to play the Cougars in a Mideastern match on Friday, March 25. The Cougars go into the match with a record of 1-5. South Brunswick lost 8-7 in their recent league match against New Hanover (Wilmington, NC)
With the defeat, North Brunswick drops to 2-3 on the season. The Scorpions host Topsail (Hampstead, NC) to play the Pirates in a Mideastern match on Friday, March 25. The Pirates go into the match with a record of 3-2. Topsail lost 12-9 in their recent league match against Ashley (Wilmington, NC)
