The Alverno Heights Academy Jaguars softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Bishop Conaty-Loretto Wildcats to 0 in the Jaguars league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Alverno Heights Academy improves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Holy Family (Glendale, CA) to clash with the Gaels in a Horizon game on Wednesday, March 23. The Gaels come into the game with a record of 0-5. Holy Family lost 15-1 in their recent league game against Ramona Convent (Alhambra, CA)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Sacred Heart of Jesus Comets (Los Angeles, CA) in a Horizon game, on Thursday, March 24. Bishop Conaty-Loretto will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Comets come into the game with a 1-6 record after their 19-6 league win over San Gabriel Mission (San Gabriel, CA).
