Broadneck Bruins (Annapolis, MD) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Annapolis Panthers (Annapolis, MD), 11-0 in a league challenge.

The Bruins now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Archbishop Spalding for a IAAM challenge on Friday, March 25. Broadneck will battle a Cavaliers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Northern (Owings, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Annapolis falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Southern (Harwood, MD) to battle the Bulldogs in a Anne Arundel County challenge on Monday, April 4. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 2-2.
