Mississippi High School Softball - North Pike gets by Brandon

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the North Pike Jaguars (Summit, MS) and the visiting Brandon Bulldogs (Brandon, MS), witnessed North Pike's softball squad tip Brandon by a count of 3-2.

The Jaguars now sport a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Grove for a non-league match on Saturday, March 26. North Pike will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Meridian (Meridian, MS). The Warriors record now stands at 10-3.

With the loss, Brandon moves to 8-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Germantown (Madison, MS) to meet the Mavericks in a non-league match on Thursday, March 24. The Mavericks go into the match with a record of 11-4. Germantown won 14-2 in their recent non-league match against Kosciusko (Kosciusko, MS)
