The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) and the visiting West Forsyth Titans (Clemmons, NC), saw Davie's softball squad nip West Forsyth by a count of 7-5.

The War Eagles now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Rowan for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 23. Davie will face a Falcons squad coming off a 8-1 league loss to Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, West Forsyth falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Titans host Reagan (Pfafftown, NC) to face the Raiders in a Central Piedmont 4A match on Thursday, March 24. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 4-4. Reagan won 22-0 in their recent league match against Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC)
