Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Nogales Apaches (Nogales, AZ), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Jaguars now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Buena for a 5A Southern challenge on Thursday, March 24. Desert View will battle a Colts squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to Cienega (Vail, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Nogales falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Apaches travel to Douglas (Douglas, AZ) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 23. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 8-4. Douglas won 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Cholla (Tucson, AZ)
