North Carolina High School Softball - South Stokes can't hold off East Wilkes

The South Stokes Sauras softball team (Walnut Cove, NC), was tipped 4-3 in Tuesday's league test with the host East Wilkes Cardinals (Ronda, NC)

Coming up next, the Cardinals encounter the North Wilkes Vikings (Hays, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 24. East Wilkes will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 2-4 record after their 12-7 league loss to East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC).

The Sauras (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Starmount (Boonville, NC). The Rams come into the Northwest 1A test with a 7-1 record.
