North Carolina High School Softball - Gray's Creek bounces South View

March 22, 2022: Hope Mills, NC 28348

The Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) softball routed the host South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC), 8-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Bears (6-1) will now prepare for their bout against Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC). The Buccaneers go into the United Eight 3A/4A bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Jack Britt was routed by Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC), 12-0, in a league game.

In their next game, the Tigers play the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A game, on Friday, March 25. South View will attempt to move on its 4-5 season record. The Colts come into the game with a 8-0 record after their 12-0 league win over Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC).
