The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Handley Tigers (Roanoke, AL) and the host Woodland Bobcats (Woodland, AL), saw Handley's softball squad nip Woodland by a count of 13-8.

The Tigers now sport a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ranburne for a non-league match on Friday, March 25. Handley will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 11-8 league loss to Randolph County (Wedowee, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Woodland falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Weaver (Weaver, AL) to face the Bearcats in a non-league match on Thursday, March 24. The Bearcats enter the match with a record of 7-8. Weaver lost 14-7 in their recent league match against Piedmont (Piedmont, AL)
