North Carolina High School Softball - Union Pines loses to Hoke County

March 22, 2022: Raeford, NC 28376

The Hoke County Bucks softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Union Pines Vikings to 0 in the Bucks league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Hoke County moves its record to 6-3 on the year. The Bucks host West Bladen (Bladenboro, NC) to clash with the Knights in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 23. The Knights come into the game with a record of 3-6. West Bladen won 17-2 in their recent league game against Fairmont (Fairmont, NC)

In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 24. Union Pines will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Blue Comets come into the game with a 2-4 record after their 12-2 league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC).
