Rockport-Fulton Pirates (Rockport, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Jones Trojans (Beeville, TX), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Pirates now own a 18-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ingleside for a 4A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, March 25. Rockport-Fulton will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 5-4 league loss to Miller (Corpus Christi, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, Jones falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Ingleside (Ingleside, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a 4A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, April 1. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 7-4.
