Texas High School Softball - Lancaster knocked off by Sunset

In Tuesday's league contest, the Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lancaster Tigers (Lancaster, TX), by a margin of 24-9.

With the triumph, Sunset moves its record to 13-4 on the year. The Bison travel to Trinity Christian (Cedar Hill, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league contest on Friday, March 25. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 0-1. Trinity Christian lost 14-0 in their recent non-league contest against Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX)

In their next game, the Tigers play the Kimball Knights (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 contest, on Friday, March 25. Lancaster will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record.
