Lehi Pioneers (Lehi, UT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Timpview Thunderbirds (Provo, UT), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Pioneers now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Maple Mountain for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 23. Lehi will battle a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Payson (Payson, UT). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Timpview falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds host Timpanogos (Orem, UT) to battle the Timberwolves in a 5A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, March 24. The Timberwolves enter the challenge with a record of 8-0. Timpanogos won 12-9 in their recent league challenge against Orem (Orem, UT)
