In Tuesday's league contest, the Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA), by a margin of 21-1.

With the triumph, Palo Alto moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Vikings host Cupertino (Cupertino, CA) to play the Pioneers in a El Camino contest on Thursday, March 24. The Pioneers come into the contest with a record of 10-1. Cupertino won 3-2 in their recent league contest against Gunn (Palo Alto, CA)
