North Carolina High School Baseball - North Johnston loses to Midway

The Midway Raiders the visiting North Johnston Panthers baseball team by a count of 8-4 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they host Fairmont for a Southeastern Athletic 2A bout on Friday, March 24. Midway will face a Golden Tornadoes team coming off a 16-5 non-league win over West Columbus (Cerro Gordo, NC). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 7-2.

Next, the Panthers face the Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC) in a Neuse Six 2A bout, on Thursday, March 23. North Johnston will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Bruins enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 20-5 league loss to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC).
