The Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Needles Mustangs to 1 in the Yellow Jackets non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Yellow Jackets (7-6) will now prepare for their match against Calipatria (Calipatria, CA). The Hornets go into the match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Calipatria gained a win over Borrego Springs (Borrego Springs, CA), 16-1, in a non-league match.
