The Arcadia Apaches topped the visiting San Gabriel Matadors volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Apaches now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pasadena for a Pacific test on Friday, March 24. Arcadia will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Maranatha (Pasadena, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-7.

The Matadors (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA). The Lancers enter the Almont test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Bell Gardens gained a win over Montebello (Montebello, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
