The James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Pinewood Prep Panthers (Summerville, SC), 16-8 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
With the win, James Island upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Trojans host Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC) to battle the Seahawks in a 4A outing on Thursday, March 23. The Seahawks go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Hilton Head Island won 20-2 in their recent league outing against May River (Bluffton, SC)
With the defeat, Pinewood Prep drops to 0-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC) to battle the Iron Horses in a non-league outing on Monday, March 27. The Iron Horses go into the outing with a record of 9-2. Philip Simmons won 14-12 in their recent non-league outing against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC)
