Virginia High School Soccer - Veritas School nudges James River HomeSchool

Veritas School Lions (Richmond, VA) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host James River HomeSchool Eagles (Chesterfield, VA), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions confront the Saint Gertrude Gators (Richmond, VA) in a LIS challenge, on Friday, March 24. Veritas School will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Gators enter the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 7-0 league loss to Collegiate (Richmond, VA).

The Eagles now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host New Covenant for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 23.
