Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Knightdale Knights (Knightdale, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Wake Forest Cougars (Wake Forest, NC) in a Northern Athletic 4A challenge, on Monday, March 27. Millbrook will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Rolesville (Rolesville, NC).
The Knights now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heritage for a Northern Athletic 4A challenge on Thursday, March 23. Knightdale will confront a Huskies team coming off a 4-1 league win over Wakefield (Raleigh, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 5-1.
