The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) and the visiting La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM), saw Cibola's softball squad achieve victory over La Cueva by a count of 10-2.
The Cougars now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Valley for a non-league match on Saturday, March 25.
With the loss, La Cueva falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Bears travel to West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM) to face the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, April 1. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 1-2.
