The Swansboro Pirates lacrosse team scored 10 points and held the host West Carteret Patriots to 8 in the Pirates league win on Wednesday.

The Pirates (4-1) will now prepare for their game against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Nighthawks go into the Coastal/Northeastern Coastal game with a 1-4 record. In their last game, First Flight was nudged by Croatan (Newport, NC), 10-9, in a league game.
