Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Grayson County Blue Devils (Independence, VA), 4-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers confront the Tazewell Bulldogs (Tazewell, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 27. Fort Chiswell will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Ridgeview (Clintwood, VA).

The Blue Devils now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Giles for a Mountain Empire challenge on Monday, March 27. Grayson County will confront a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 league win over George Wythe (Wytheville, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-1.
