California High School Softball - Bakersfield topped by Independence

The Independence Falcons softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Bakersfield Drillers to 3 in the Falcons league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Independence moves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Falcons host Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA) to clash with the Wolf Pack in a South Yosemite Valley game on Friday, March 24. The Wolf Pack come into the game with a record of 2-5. Ridgeview lost 12-1 in their recent league game against Bakersfield Christian (Bakersfield, CA)
