Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Jay Mustangs (San Antonio, TX), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Bears now own a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harlan for a 6A Region IV District 29 challenge on Friday, March 24. Brennan will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Taft (San Antonio, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Jay falls to 7-11 on the campaign. The Mustangs host O'Connor (Helotes, TX) to battle the Panthers in a 6A Region IV District 29 challenge on Friday, March 24. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 13-5. O'Connor won 1-0 in their recent league challenge against Holmes (San Antonio, TX)
