The Kofa Kings softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Buckeye Hawks to 3 in the Kings league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Kofa moves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Kings travel to Independence (Glendale, AZ) to clash with the Patriots in a 5A Central Valley game on Friday, March 24. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 1-3.

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 24. Buckeye will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the game with a 8-1 record after their 11-0 league win over Millennium (Goodyear, AZ).
