The Valley Union Blue Devils routed the host Duncan Wildkats softball squad by a final score of 18-12 in Wednesday's league battle.
The Blue Devils (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hayden (Winkelman, AZ). The Lobos go into the non-league battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Hayden was routed by Miami (Miami, AZ), 12-0, in a non-league battle.
The Wildkats now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Pima for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 23. Duncan will meet a Roughriders squad coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Thatcher (Thatcher, AZ). The Roughriders record now stands at 1-4.
