The Bulldogs now possess a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Luling for a 3A Region IV District 26 bout on Monday, March 25. Marion will face a Eagles team coming off a 16-8 league loss to Randolph (Universal City, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-7.

Next, the Mustangs face the Cole Cougars (San Antonio, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 26 bout, on Monday, March 25. Nixon-Smiley will attempt to move on its 0-9 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 7-8 record after their 14-1 league win over Great Hearts Northern Oaks (San Antonio, TX).
