In Friday's league test, the visiting Green Hope Falcons lacrosse squad scored a tight 17-14 victory over the Apex Cougars.
The Falcons now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cary for a Southwest Wake test on Tuesday, April 2. Green Hope will face a Imps squad coming off a 25-11 league loss to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Imps record now stands at 2-7.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) in a Southwest Wake test, on Tuesday, April 2. Apex will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Golden Hawks come into the test with a 8-1 record after their 16-7 non-league loss to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC).
