The Braswell Bengals softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Little Elm Lobos to 8 in the Bengals league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Braswell improves its record to 9-13 on the year. The Bengals host Boyd (McKinney, TX) to clash with the Broncos in a 6A Region I District 5 game on Monday, March 25. The Broncos come into the game with a record of 13-9. Boyd won 4-3 in their recent league game against Rock Hill (Frisco, TX)

In their next game, the Lobos clash with the Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 game, on Tuesday, March 26. Little Elm will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 20-5 record after their 15-6 league win over Prosper (Prosper, TX).
