Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Village Christian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 23. Garfield will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, South Gate falls to 6-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Grace (Simi Valley, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 23. The Lancers enter the challenge with a record of 11-1. Grace lost 6-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Providence (Burbank, CA)
