O'Connor Panthers (Helotes, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Jay Mustangs (San Antonio, TX), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harlan for a 6A Region IV District 29 challenge on Tuesday, March 26. O'Connor will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Brennan (San Antonio, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 16-4.

With the loss, Jay falls to 12-9 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Warren (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Warriors in a 6A Region IV District 29 challenge on Tuesday, March 26. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 11-11. Warren lost 9-7 in their recent league challenge against Holmes (San Antonio, TX)
