The North Stokes Vikings softball team scored 20 runs and limited the host Mount Airy Granite Bears to 3 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, North Stokes moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Vikings travel to South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC) to clash with the Sauras in a Northwest 1A game on Monday, March 25. The Sauras come into the game with a record of 2-7. South Stokes lost 10-1 in their recent non-league game against West Stokes (King, NC)

In their next game, the Granite Bears clash with the North Surry Greyhounds (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 28. Mount Airy will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record.
