In Friday's league contest, the Olney Cubs (Olney, TX) softball team overwhelmed the host Perrin-Whitt Pirates (Perrin, TX), by a margin of 24-13.

With the triumph, Olney moves its record to 1-9 on the year. The Cubs host Archer City (Archer City, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 2A Region II District 9 contest on Friday, March 29.
