The Mustangs now own a 11-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Palo Duro for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Coronado will clash with a Dons team coming off a 8-5 non-league win over Shallowater (Shallowater, TX). The Dons record now stands at 8-10.

With the defeat, Lubbock-Cooper drops to 13-9 on the year. The Pirates host Plainview (Plainview, TX) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 5A Region I District 3 challenge on Tuesday, March 25. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Plainview lost 14-3 in their recent league challenge against Amarillo (Amarillo, TX)
