The High Point Eagles baseball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Suitland Rams to 0 in the Eagles league win on Saturday.

The Eagles now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Laurel for a Prince George's County 4A test on Monday, March 24. High Point will play a Spartans team coming off a 12-11 league loss to Parkdale (Riverdale, MD). The Spartans record now stands at 0-2.

With the defeat, Suitland drops to 0-2 on the year. The Rams travel to Flowers (Springdale, MD) to play the Jaguars in a Prince George's County 4A test on Monday, March 24. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 1-2. Flowers lost 16-2 in their recent league test against Bowie (Bowie, MD)
