In Saturday's league bout, the John Paul II Guardians (New Braunfels, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Incarnate Word Academy Angels (Corpus Christi, TX), by a score of 21-11.
Next up, the Guardians encounter the Holy Cross Knights (San Antonio, TX) in a TAPPS Division III District 5 bout, on Tuesday, March 25. John Paul II will attempt to advance on its 4-9 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 7-5 record after their 7-4 league loss to Geneva (Boerne, TX).
