Oklahoma High School Baseball - Wyandotte holds off Vinita

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Wyandotte Bears baseball team scored a close 8-4 win over the Vinita Hornets.
The Bears (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Colcord (Colcord, OK). The Hornets go into the Lucky Seven game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Colcord was overwhelmed by Quapaw (Quapaw, OK), 4-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Hornets play the Miami Wardogs (Miami, OK) in a Verdigris Valley game, on Monday, March 24. Vinita will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Wardogs go into the game with a 1-5 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK).
