South Allegheny Gladiators (McKeesport, PA) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Aliquippa Quips (Aliquippa, PA), 36-31 in a non-league match.
With the victory, South Allegheny advances its record to 23-3 on the year. The Gladiators travel to West Catholic (Philadelphia, PA) to face the Burrs in a non-league match on Saturday, March 29. The Burrs enter the match with a record of 14-14. West Catholic won 58-57 in their recent non-league match against Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA)
The Quips now own a 22-6 record.
