Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hillcrest improves its record to 14-8 on the season. The Trojans host Poly (Riverside, CA) to face the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, March 22. The Bears go into the test with a record of 9-2. Poly won 3-0 in their recent league test against Vista del Lago (Moreno Valley, CA)

The Pumas now own a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Great Oak for a test on Monday, March 24. Chaparral will face a Wolfpack squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 17-3.
