In Saturday's non-league match, the Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO) volleyball squad prevailed the host Doherty Spartans (Colorado Springs, CO), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO) in a Pikes Peak 5A match, on Tuesday, April 1. Fountain-Fort Carson will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 5-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lincoln (Denver, CO).

The Spartans (3-10) will now prepare for their match against Mesa Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Grizzlies enter the Pikes Peak 5A match with a 0-10 record. In their last match, Mesa Ridge was outscored by Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO), 2-0, in a non-league match.
