Texas High School Softball - Stanton bounces Crane

March 22, 2025: Crane, TX 79731

The Stanton Buffaloes softball team scored 20 runs and held the host Crane Cranes to 4 in the Buffaloes league win on Saturday.

The Buffaloes now sport a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coahoma for a 3A Region I District 3 battle on Saturday, March 29. Stanton will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 17-0 league win over Compass Academy (Odessa, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-0.

With the loss, Crane moves to 0-11 on the season. The Cranes travel to Denver City (Denver City, TX) to confront the Mustangs in a 3A Region I District 3 battle on Saturday, April 5. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 15-4.
