The North Central Knights baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Crestwood Knights to 2 in the Knights non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC). The Golden Rams go into the AA Region 4 match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Chesterfield was overwhelmed by North Central (Kershaw, SC), 7-3, in a league match.
The Knights (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Lake City (Lake City, SC). The Panthers go into the AAA Region 6 match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Lake City gained a win over Crestwood (Sumter, SC), 12-1, in a league match.
