In Wednesday's league contest, the El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Vaqueros battle the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 25. El Capitan will attempt to better on its 11-10 season record. The Foothillers come into the contest with a 10-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Helix (La Mesa, CA).

With the loss, Steele Canyon drops to 4-14 on the campaign. The Cougars host West Hills (Santee, CA) to battle the Wolf Pack in a Grossmont Valley contest on Monday, March 28. The Wolf Pack come into the contest with a record of 6-8. West Hills won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA)
