In Wednesday's league battle, the host Marquez Gladiators volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Torres Toros.

The Gladiators (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA). The Bulldogs come into the Southern battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Elizabeth achieved victory over Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Toros battle the Wilson Mules (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 28. Torres will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Mules come into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA).
